Pointers
  • Vendors must be PRRT&HS Members – Purchase your tables and electrical when you sign up to attend the Annual Meeting.
  • Table sizes – $30 per table – 6 ft. long
  • Electrical – Available at $25 per display.
  • Vendor room is on hotel's lower level and is approximately 146 ft. by 64 ft. – about 8,064 sq. ft. of exhibit space.
  • Vendors may bring their items for sale into the hall by way of the loading ramp to Salon B, or they may enter through the main hotel entrance, obtain a cart for their merchandise, and take the elevator to the lower floor Vendor Room.
Vendors are encouraged to donate at least one item for a banquet raffle prize.
