Model Room Description Forms
As a service to members planning to bring models to the Annual Meeting, we are making the Model Description Forms available to you in advance. This will give you time to write more complete descriptions of your work. That also helps The Keystone Modeler team publish more complete information.
If you will fill out the forms by hand, used the Adobe Acrobat version. If you would like to try and type in your responses, down load the Microsoft Word version to your PC, open the file, and fill out the form as best you can.

Here is the Scioto River Bridge from the west back looking east along the south side of the bridge in June 2010. The 1913 flood damaged the bridge and its piers.
